1. Introduction
Welcome to Flowi ("we", "our" or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our productivity web application ("Flowi" or "the App").
By accessing or using Flowi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Flowi.
2. Use of Flowi
Eligibility: you must be at least 13 years old to use Flowi. By using Flowi, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Account Registration: to access certain features of Flowi, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
User Conduct: you agree not to use Flowi in any manner that:
1. Violates any applicable law or regulation;
2. Infringes the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights;
3. Is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
4. Interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of Flowi or its servers;
5. Attempts to gain unauthorized access to Flowi or its related systems or networks.
3. Content
Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through Flowi ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise exploit your User Content in connection with operating and providing Flowi.
Our Content: Flowi and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
4. Privacy
Your use of Flowi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. By using Flowi, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that Flowi will be free of any errors or omissions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Flowi at any time and without notice. We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Flowi at any time and without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
